About Top Dog Fuel
Top Dog Fuel was founded by Joey Burns and his wife Kaley of Grand Rapids, MN. Joe (Joey) Burns was born and raised in Grand Rapids. Joey is a local law enforcement K9 handler and Kaley is a local dental provider. They call Itasca County home and are raising their two children there.

In 2021, Joey and his K9 partner Chase were contestants on season two of the national television show America’s Top Dog. They battled through adversity together but came out victorious with a win and Chase earning the “America’s Top Dog” title.
Joey gives the credit for the business to Kaley. She very much dislikes going to gas stations and thought how amazing it would be for someone to come fill her tank so she would have one less thing on her to-do list. Being able to eliminate one task from people’s already full lives just made sense to her.
